This place is clean, offering perfect customer service, with rooms that are well-maintained, and equipped with a coffeemaker and a terrace.

The beds where extremely comfy, room was average sized and perfect. The pool area was heated and the location was marvellous, short walk to SWIM IN THE LAKE, both Quebec City and Jacques Cartier Park and the aquarium.

We walked everywhere, the location was amazing, close to Jacques Cartier park. The breakfast was amazing and well presented with fresh omelettes and omelet station.

Some people working there were not very helpful.

The hotel met all my expectations, and I would love to come back as the location is ideal, just 1 km away from Les Marais du Nord Park.

Had quiet standard king room with a nice view and wake-up service was available in it. The setting was amazing, not far from multiple hiking trails in the mountains, Lac Beauport and Stoneham ski hills and old Quebec.

Had a very relaxing stay because of the free activities offered onsite, everything was really good. The room was recently refurbished, had a particularly nice view of the lake. The bed was extremely comfy and we truly enjoyed our stay there. The location turned out to be incredible, right by a charming lake, and all the attractions. Besides, the hotel was just a short stroll away from Les Marais du Nord Park.

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is very efficient and fabulously helpful. It boasts excellent, lovely location short walk to Lake, multiple hiking trails in the mountains, and all the historical landmarks. Also, Les Marais du Nord Park is just 1 km away, we could easily reach it.

The rooms here are nicely renovated with spacious bathrooms, the meals are outstanding, the service is very good, and the location is simply gorgeous, meeting all our needs perfectly.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel. The location right on the lake was breathtaking, providing stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. The service at this place was top-notch, with friendly and bilingual staff who were always willing to assist with any request. The room was spacious and had excellent amenities, including heating and air conditioning, as well as tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which provided enhanced comfort and relaxation during my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience. From the beautiful location to the exceptional service and amenities, this place exceeded all my expectations.
